ONKEL A This was such a nice find and a perfect treat for my morning walk in #vejle. They serve #vegetarianand #vegan options and I naturally went for the Vegan Brunch. I just love it when people don't visibly pull a face when I ask for my coffee with Soya milk, respecting my food choice and treating me like everyone else. While we waited for our #Brunch we received a complimentary drink called Trylledrink filled with veggies and fruit. The friendly guy serving us said it's similar to the magic potions in Asterix & Obelix! We were not disappointed when our Brunch arrived. A artwork in itself too lovely to spoil but then again anticipation and hunger got the best of me. You have to eat this slowly to savor all the delicious components. Humus and olive spread for the tasty homemade bread potato salad, beans, lentils, avocados, cherries .... the list is endless - even dark chocolate with a raspberry! Heavenly food you should not miss when coming to Vejle. #slowfood at it's best.
