I found the description of the restaurant very interesting and it made me curious. It's not stipulated as vegan but everything was vegan on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised how something simple like a cargo container can be converted to into something trendy and efficient. In true Scandinavian style every corner was used to its maximum. They even have a roof terrace, a fair amount of high chairs for children and a restroom adequate for disabled people, not forgetting the baby changing facility. All dished are vegan. Soup of the day is served as self service once your order is placed, in the center of the restaurant. An assortment of things you might want to add to your soup is placed right next to it. You can help yourself to gluten free bread and the complementary water. I had a delicious sweet potato dish accompanied by a lovely salad. Not forgetting the lovely cake. The place was buzzing and I now know why it is so popular. Friendly staff, free wifi and a lovely seating area not just inside but also outside weather permitting.
